Two legs are included in the set with the crossbar, each of which is bolted into special mounts on the crossbar. A bolt wrench is also included in the set. The crossbar should be stored at room temperature, away from the radiator and draught. The maximum weight for the crossbar on high legs should not exceed 100 kg. There is no weight restriction for the low ones. It is recommended to stand barefoot on the bar to improve the sensitivity of the feet, and to place the feet mainly parallel to the bar - this way the foot receives natural loads to capture the surface, which in turn allows the user to effectively strengthen and stabilize the knee and ankle joints.
