We recommend starting the exercises on the balance board with the arm support: this can either be your partner or you can be supported on the chair or something else. When you feel confident, you can try to maintain balance without support. When maintaining balance on the small roller is no trouble, try to stand on the bigger roller. Do not work so hard that you lose your balance.
Store the balance board at room temperature far from the radiator and draught. It is recommended to stand barefoot on the balance board to improve the sensitivity of the feet.
Each of the rollers can be separately used for the myofascial release.
